Are we all.... garlic girls?

This week, while everyone is cooking and slaving away over various different kinds of seasonal dishes, I have chosen to cook and write about TikTok’s favorite ingredient: roasted garlic. Once a week I have watched someone put a whole head of roasted garlic into some soup or pasta. With the uptick of the Garlic Girl sound, I am seeing roasted garlic everyday. They make it look easy and like we should all be meal prepping roasted garlic to have on hand. Following their instructions, I tried to replicate their success.
