A "Healthy" "Substitute"

Ok. First of all, I’m not trying this one. I’m not making it. I’m not wasting time and money to make something I know is bad. I have a vivid imagination and a deep love for food. So I’m not wasting both of those God given gifts by pretending I don’t already know the outcome of mixing balsamic vinegar and seltzer. It doesn’t taste like coke. It tastes like balsamic vinegar and seltzer. Seltzer doesn’t have the same carbonation rate as regular Coke. By mixing seltzer with another liquid you dilute how carbonated it is. So just on basic texture, it won’t be the same.
