Hello
In an attempt to utilize all of the features the wonderful people at Substack offer to me, I am going to send you a list of all the newsletters I read.
The newsletter as an artform is interesting. Half of getting people to read Memeforum is getting them on board with the concept of a newsletter in general. I love them. I love receiving an email that isn’t trying to sell me something. I love not having to leave my app or my tab in order to find enjoyment or entertainment. But you already know that as a dedicated Memeforum reader!
Since you read Memeforum: you’re on board with the concept of a newsletter already and trust my taste. Chances are you’re hungry for more things in your inbox you can do instead of working. Or if you don’t have an email job, the feeling of reading an email that’s somewhat worth your while makes you feel like a #girlboss. Either way, there’s always more people to engage with and thought leaders to follow.
These are my favorite newsletters. They are mostly about culture and the internet because I need to know what my colleagues are talking about and engaging with but I also because that is my great passion. They range from professional journalists I admire to my newsletter mutuals (nuchies) to IRL friends with a thing or two to say who I miss more people knew about. I love them all and am excited to read them whenever they pop up in my inbox.
Here they are!
If you made it to the end be sure to check out the Instagram for the weekly round up of the best TikToks of the week!
Thanks a lot, Kathryn. 💛 I always have fun reading your newsletter.
That’s a great list, and thanks for including mine! I’m glad we were able to connect through Substack Go!
