1.How dressed to theme they are 

2.How good they look in general 

3. How good they look based on how famous they are (the Kacey Musgraves rule)

Phoebe Briders operates in such a unique space as the most famous person in her genre, and so it’s always a gamble how she’ll dress in any given situation when she punches above her weight. She’s yet to really find a high glamor style that works for her. It’s either boring or misses the mark. (Sorry I hated the skeleton dress at the grammys) She’s so close to a middle ground that works for her.
